E&J XO Fizz
- 1 oz E&J XO Brandy
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz Barefoot Moscato Spumante Champagne
- Using a Champagne flute, place strawberries at the bottom of the glass and then pour the Barefoot Spumante in first, slowly adding brandy and simple syrup until combined.
To make simple syrup fill a bottle that has a cork or screwcap on it halfway up with superfine sugar, then fill the other half with water. Shake, shake, shake until the sugar dissolves and it's ready to use. Store in the refrigerator in between uses.
