Our master distiller, Scott DiSalvo, knows a thing or two about great brandy. He's been making E&J for more than 30 years. As Director of Brandy and Spirits Making for E&J Winery and E&J Distillers, Scott leads the team that hand crafts our award-winning E&J Brandy VS, VSOP and XO.
Scott began his career at Gallo in 1974 at the Livingston Vineyard and Ranch. He became Assistant Brandymaker in 1980 and was later promoted to Senior Brandymaker in 1991 and Director in 2002. Scott pours his passion into crafting the rich flavors and smooth texture of our world-renowned brandy.
