INGREDIENTS:
2 oz E&J VSOP Brandy
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz orange curaƧao
½ oz simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
2 oz club soda
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine brandy, lemon juice, orange curacao, simple syrup and club soda in a highball glass, adding bitters in at the end until well blended.
To make simple syrup fill a bottle that has a cork or screwcap on it halfway up with superfine sugar, then fill the other half with water. Shake, shake, shake until the sugar dissolves and it's ready to use. Store in the refrigerator in between uses.
