INGREDIENTS:
2 oz VSOP Brandy
2 dashes rum
2-3 dashes blue curacao liqueur
3-4 dashes simple syrup
Juice of ½ lemon
A splash of soda water/ginger ale
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix brandy, rum, curacao, simple syrup and the lemon juice together in a cocktail glass, then fill the remainder with soda water or ginger ale.
To make simple syrup fill a bottle that has a cork or screwcap on it halfway up with superfine sugar, then fill the other half with water. Shake, shake, shake until the sugar dissolves and it's ready to use. Store in the refrigerator in between uses.
